Hello my name is Kay. I am a mother of 10 amazing children (4 that I actually gave birth to). Health and Fitness has been a true passion of mine since 2002. I’m a former NPC Figure Competitor and I have been a Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor for over 15 years. In the past, I’ve taught Kickboxing, Piyo, Hip Hop Aerobics, and Body Bootcamp and many other private group classes.

My Journey

I began my lifestyle change in March of 2002. At that time I weighed 189lbs. I managed to read and research every possible method of weight loss until I figured out what worked best for me. I lost 66lbs, and felt healthier than ever!! After reaching my weightloss goal, I decided that I wanted to learn how to build some muscle so that I could compete in Fitness Competitions. Through my journey, I developed a true passion for Health/Fitness and decided to be a Personal Trainer so that I could help other wonderful people reach their goals. I attended Pinnacle Career Institute in Kansas City, MO and was one of the top performers in my class.

MY PURPOSE!!!!!!

My purpose is and always has been to serve and love others! Whether it be through weight loss coaching, or serving in ministry!
And even though I consider
that purpose to be
the most fulfilling,
after many years
I started feeling that
I was missing something.
My purpose is still the same....
However, I added something/someone,
I added
one more person
to that list.
The person
who somehow
seemed invisible to me before,
who was unimportant,
who consequently was ignored
during my mission to help others.
Now I added myself
to the list as an equal.
And somehow,
even though I added
one more person
to those I serve,
my work load seemed
to lighten up quite a bit.
That’s because I now have a sense of peace,
a sense of fairness,
a sense of absolute fulfillment,
a sense of real unity at last! Finally I serve, love, and cherish myself too!!
